Lucknow Public School (LPS) is a private school in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It offers education from age 3 up to the level of undergraduation. Founded in 1983 by Mr. S.P. Singh, by 2008 its enrollment had reached more than 15,000 pupils on nine campuses. LPS is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, the Central Board of Secondary Education and the U.P. Board. The school was ranked 12th in the “most respected secondary schools” in India list compiled by IMRB International in 2007.
